A "One-Off" brings together a lesson design with the teacher and student, placing focus on exploring one aspect of Music for guitar or drums. 

"One-Off" inspired lessons may include:

• learning to play a favorite song or groove
• an introduction to reading music
• suggested practice methods
• expanding upon rudimentary techniques

• approaches to improvisation
• developing aural skills
• effective procedures for transcribing and arranging music
• creative experimentation with rhythm and harmony
